Learn the fundamentals of America's fastest-growing youth sport in a fun environment! Ruggers will focus daily on rugby skills, rugby rules, and sportsmanship. Rooke Rugby Fundamentals is a non-contact, non-tackle camp that will culminate with flag-rugby scrimmages. Please wear athletic clothes and shoes, have water and sunscreen, and remember your lunch. Activities will be indoors during inclement weather.
